This Lavender Manor wedding kicked off on July 25. If you know me, you know I was thrilled the second Sammie told me “we are so bad at taking photos.” That’s basically my favorite sentence to hear from a couple. It means I get to do what I love most: catch them being themselves instead of directing every second.
How It Started
Sammie and Brandon met at a golf course. He was working the front desk; she was working the bar. It was the kind of low-key, everyday meeting that somehow turns into everything.
Ask Sammie what made her sure Brandon was the one, and she doesn’t hesitate: he brings a level of calm to her life. He’s selfless in a way that’s rare. Those aren’t flashy answers — they’re honest ones. Moreover, they’re the same qualities I got to watch in person all day.
